Rushmere Kiosk is closed from Thursday 25th December - Friday 2nd January (inclusive). Reopening on Saturday 3rd January @ 9am.

Rhiannon’s Cafe is closed from Thursday 25th December - Sunday 4th January (inclusive). Reopening on Monday 5th January 2026 @ 9am.

AVAILABILITY FOR CAKE & CUPCAKE ORDERS 2026

We have full availability for cake and cupcake orders from Wednesday 7th January 2026 onwards. If you message me between 24th December-4th January, you may not get a response as I am away on holidays, I will respond on my return (5th January 2026).

STATEMENT RE CLOSURE OF STRANMILLIS & CASTLECOURT SHOPS

It is with heavy hearts that we share some difficult news.

This Christmas, we will be permanently closing two of our four locations — our Stranmillis shop and CastleCourt Kiosk, both based in Belfast. This has been an incredibly hard decision and not one we have taken lightly. The continued rise in raw ingredient costs and overheads, alongside increased employer costs introduced by Rachel Reeves & Keir Starmer - The Labour Party government, have made it impossible for these locations to remain sustainable. The Labour Government have made it impossible for small businesses to survive with their crazy decisions! #LabourOUT

What hurts most is saying goodbye to our wonderful staff teams and the loyal customers who have supported us so faithfully over the years. We are deeply grateful to every single person who walked through our doors, shared kind words, and made these shops what they were. You will be truly missed.

That said, this is not the end. We are very much still here and proud to continue trading at our busiest location, Rushmere Kiosk in Rushmere Shopping Centre, Craigavon, as well as our new Rhiannon’s Café, located in Sitara Morgan, West Street, Portadown. We will also continue to create pre-ordered cakes and cupcakes for all occasions, just as we always have and you will still see us at various events throughout the year!

So you - our faithful customers in and around the greater Belfast area can still avail of our homemade themed cakes & cupcakes for all occasions, weekly pick-up points will remain in Moira and Stranmillis every weekend!

Note:

* Vouchers can still be used in Rushmere, our Cafe or for any pre-ordered cakes and cupcakes.

* Stranmillis final trading day will be Saturday 20th December (9.30am-4pm or sellout).

* CastleCourt final trading day will be Tuesday 23rd December (9am-6pm or sell out).

* Special Offer in both locations final trading day - ALL TRAYBAKES / HOT DRINKS ONLY £1.50 each. Available until close or sell out!

Please continue to shop local and support us, if you haven’t been to our new Cafe in Portadown, why not pay us a visit? Open Monday-Saturday 9am-4pm (all day breakfast menu, lunches & sweet treats / traybakes available).

Also while shopping in Rushmere, why not call to our Kiosk infront of DV8 and grab a coffee or a homemade treat?

NEW CAFE OPENED IN PORTADOWN - MAY 2025!

We were excited to finally open our NEW Rhiannon’s Cafe on Thursday 1st May in 10 West Street, Portadown. Located inside Sitara Morgan Boutique, we are open Monday-Saturday 9am-4pm, serving food daily from 9am-3pm. Breakfast and Lunch options, as well as our famous traybakes and desserts will be available for both sit in and take away! We can’t wait to welcome you into our new Cafe!

We were delighted to be awarded The ‘Business of the Year’ at the Northern Ireland Women’s Awards on Friday 24th November 2023. The event was held in the La Mon Country House & Hotel. Hosted by Denise Watson from U105, the event included many amazing women who were celebrated for their successes! A great event which was enjoyed by all.
